AWS is the largest cloud platform, and its console is where engineers provision and operate hundreds of services, often several open at once. The design challenge is scale and density: consistent, learnable interfaces across a sprawling, still-growing catalog of technical products, used for hours by people who can't afford to get a setting wrong.
